Rooted in a love for music and unwavering support for women's healing journeys, Lavonne advocates for survivors by providing practical coping tools through an arts-based, healing-centered approach. With decades of experience collaborating with diverse organizations, Lavonne's empowering voice resonates beyond her music—impacting coaching, speaking engagements, and trauma recovery work.

As the author of "Uncaged: How to Break Free From a Toxic Relationship and Rediscover Your Voice and Power," Lavonne offers a guidebook for personal healing.
